Is it possible to limit the Related row selection to use one of each item only, so when chosen in one row, its then not available for selection in others?

Lets say you are connecting VendorManagers and Vendors.
You can create a View in Vendors where Vendor Manager is empty , say call it Vendors with no Manager
In the Vendor Managers Sheet, you can choose to display the Vendors dropdown using this View
