I don’t understand why there is a box at the bottom of Form view that says “Show spreadsheet.com branding” with a greyed-out checked box. There is no indication of how it would become active so that you could remove the branding. If it’s greyed out for some reason that I can control, I don’t know what that reason is.
Good point we should clarify what is happening here. This particular feature will only be available in paid plans. We’ll add a note in the UI to clarify this.
