Creating a Form with Dropdown menu selection

When Creating a Form and selecting the dropdown menu option, How can you “Bulk” populate the options instead of typing each option?

1. Create a new column in the Sheet / or use an empty existing one
2. Copy the options onto the column -

Alabama
Alaska
Arizona
etc

3. Edit the datatype of the column and choose Select as the type - the options will auto populate.
   You can then use that field in the Form.
