When trying to view an attachment that has been uploaded into a cell, I get the following error message.
It comes up red and says Unexpected Server Response and I’m not able to view, save or download the attachment.
Any help would be appreciated. Thanks

We are seeing some intermittent AWS S3 service access issues due to expired urls. Will be addressed shortly.
Note, this is a temporary issue with viewing document. Document itself is correctly uploaded and need not be uploaded again.

We’re using this feature to help prepare a VAT Return which is due by the 7th September. Are these issues likely to be fixed before then?
Yes. Also, this issue affects specific access only. If you relaunch file-preview on a attachment cell or reload workbook, you will probably not run into this issue again.
That said, we will work towards resolving this intermittent issue on priority at the earliest before end of day.
Not sure reloading works. This is happening in multiple workbooks and has been since yesterday, I’ve logged out, logged back in, switched between workbooks but all are having the same issue.
