I am working on putting together a Projects Dashboard where it would work something like this:
- 1 Workbook per project.
- Each project workbook will have 2 sheets, one where the Project Manager will add/edit data, the second that summarizes the data from sheet one into a single line.
- The Projects Dashboard, on a separate Workbook, will “pull” that single line from the various Projects Workbooks and give me the DashBoard that I need.
Now, I’m pretty sure that it’s possible; the second question is about scale: is there a max of separate workbooks that I can pull Into the Project Dashboard?
I am thinking that it will grow up to ~1,000 projects before purging/archiving.
