002276: When cutting and pasting cells that contain a relative reference, the relative reference now no longer changes, unlike copy and paste, addressing the issue raised in this thread.

002032: View updates in a worksheet automatically sync with concurrent users in that same worksheet but no longer adversely affect concurrent users active in different worksheets of the same workbook.
