In Form View, I would like to format the title of the form (bold, center, color, etc.), but I must be overlooking that feature??? Is this possible at this time.

Not possible yet but good suggestion and we will consider adding this in Forms V2, which is on our medium term roadmap. Thank you!

Since I’m fairly new, is there a location where a user can see the different roadmaps and the line up for updated/new features?

This is not comprehensive; there are many features and enhancements that make it into the roadmap that aren’t reflected here, but we try to update this with the biggest high level items.
