Editors can't delete rows that they create by themselves

A user of the spreadsheet with ‘editor’ rights does not have the right to delete rows. Which I think is really nice! However, the editor should be able to delete only those rows that they create. Otherwise, they will need to go to the manager requesting the deletion of those extra rows that they accidentally added.

If this is not a bug and this behavior is intentional, please put my topic in the ‘suggestions’ thread =)

This is a great point. You are talking about the concept of ‘Record Creator’ and also ‘Record Owner’ common in SaaS platforms. The Owner of the record can always edit or delete it, and by default the Creator is the Owner.

I think it was implicitly there in our minds. Thanks for bringing this up - We need to discuss internally.
