I would like to be able to copy and make a duplicate of an existing column
Thanks for your interest in Spreadsheet.com and appreciate your idea, currently we don’t have support to clone a column directly, however you can still achieve this by doing some additional steps , please follow below steps
- Insert a new automatic column from insert column dialog
- Select your source column from where you want to clone, copy its content
- Paste it into newly inserted column
4.That’s all you have new column that is exact copy of source.
Source column data, formatting, datatype , styles everything will be applied to new column.
I will pass your idea of having Clone column option to our team .
