Can I send a FORM to an email address for data entry?

I am new here but have experience with other similar software. I have built a file (sprd) and an associated data entry FORM but am puzzled as to how to use the form for data entry. Must a user log in to use the form OR can I send the form to an email and have them fill it in / SUBMIT it back to me?

@Bill_Gutches - One does not have to be logged in to submit a form - unless the owner of the form marks it so.
