We don’t have a ready integration for a barcode scanner app and none that are on the immediate roadmap.
We do have Spreadsheet.com available on Zapier. I see a barcode scanning service Codereadr (Disclaimer: got it from googling, may not be the best option) that is also available on Zapier. It will be possible to achieve what you are looking for.
We are also actively working on a REST API for Spreadsheet.com that will allow building custom integrations with any other application.
