Is there any way i can add new row from other sheets if condition meet.
Sheet1
Project start date end date name status
so if change status to “complete”, i want to add that row to Sheet2.

Yes you can create a whole new row, copy or move the same row data in target sheet(sheet-2) using automations. You can use highlighted row actions accordingly by selecting target sheet. I am attaching a screenshot for your reference.
