Would you know how I can open multiple parent hierarchies at the same time?
For example, highlighting 5 parents and clicking “+” won’t open all the highlighted parents only the currently selected one. Is there a work around for this?

Opening multiple parent nodes with a single command is not yet available. We are planning to add an Expand all / Collapse all feature to the primary column and possibly to individual parent nodes. Enabling this on a selected range of parents, as you suggest, is an interesting concept that we will also consider, thanks for the suggestion.
I’ve defined rows as parents & children with indenting and outdenting allowing the rows to be visually collapsed / expanded to hide / display the information in the rows.
Is there a way to preserve what’s been collapsed? As of now all rows reset and fully expand following a refresh.
We have planned for some time to make the collapsed/expanded state of hierarchies saved on a per-user basis, along with a quick and easy way to expand all / collapse all. Thanks for raising this @Nicole_Tschorn, we will respond here once we have an update and ETA to share.

this is a must have feature… we must be able to expand collapse total all and up to individual “nested” levels…
please move this up in priority thx
